Course Description

  • Class Participation: Active contribution to discussions, case analyses, and group exercises.

  • Assignments & Case Studies: Completion of written assignments evaluating real-world project scenarios.

  • Group Project: Development of a detailed project plan including scope, timeline, budget, risk matrix, and stakeholder engagement strategy.

  • Presentation: Formal presentation of the group project to demonstrate practical understanding of concepts.

  • Examinations: Midterm and/or final assessment covering project management frameworks, tools, and strategic applications.

  • Capstone Integration: Demonstration of how project management integrates with other EMBA subjects such as strategy, finance, and operations.
